The Raw Food WorldReviews of therawfoodworld.com

Raw Food World is a great site for introduction to new and great food and products. It can be a little pricey. Although they offer discounts they are too small and don't really affect the cost to make the discount worth it. Especially when you live in an area where you have multiable choices of quality raw food and products. This site is great for those who may live in an area where these products are hard to come by. However, it is great site for information and to try NEW items.

I'll keep purchasing from you guys regardless but why is there a whole week wait between the time the order is "approved for shipping" to the time the order is actually shipped? I order from other sites and the shipment goes out the following day... that's my only complaint so far with you guys. Waiting too long

I love RFW, although I do wish that the shipping costs were less.

Raw Food World has quality products and great "at cost specials" each month. It takes me a while to get whatever I order. That's my only concern. Matt makes everything sound so good and healthy that I want it within 3-5 days max!!! Can't afford extra shipping costs.

Poor attention to the customer. The shipping costs are way overpriced. It would have cost a 1/3 to ship the same parcel back to you (unacceptable). It took over a week to finally ship the package. I will avoid TRFW in the future if possible.

Second time I've ordered, shipping is very fast and best available price on the products I ordered.

I appreciate the research you put into selecting your products and look forward to the " at cost" specials as well. Also appreciate the passion you all demonstrate. I have not had a bad experience yet. Only issue I have run into is with back orders. This is one of my top sources for purchases. Would like to see shipping taken off for larger orders. Gina

I've ordered a few times from The Raw Food World, and I really like their monthly specials. Also, Matt's enthusiasm is infectious, and it's fun to watch his videos about new stuff. With every order you get samples of things, and I am getting quite a collection of Calm, the Anti-Stress drink. I sort of wish they had free shipping if you spent a certain amount, but they give you a code you can put in which gives you a 5% discount on each order, which lowers the shipping a bit. Recently I had an issue with an invoice, where I was charged for something I didn't order, nor was it in the box with my order, and it was resolved very nicely. So, I would recommend this site and will continue to shop here!
