I have been following Matt Monarch for many years. His dedication, knowledge and integrity has made him the successful man he is today. I can trust that everything he sells is of the utmost quality and the highest standards. I love watching his videos and sharing his personal journey with Angela and Oria.

On May 1, I ordered a bunch of foods for my 92-year-old mother for Mothers' Day. There was a problem with the shipping address, but that was corrected the following day. The customer service was excellent, but I would have liked for the address correction to be fixed the same day as the order placement. I tried calling several times but never could get through. Is there only one person who answers the phone? In any event, it took another couple of days or so to ship the package which was not delivered to my mother until May 13. I expected that an order I placed on 5/1 would have arrived by the 9th, the 10th or even the 12th, but not the 13th.

Products havn't even arrived yet. Raw Food World is always very slow with their shipping.

I am never disappointed with the Raw Food World. They have wonderful products, always the top quality, good prices and very fast service. I especially enjoy the videos and extensive descriptions on all their products. If you ever need help, just contact them and they'll get right back with you. They are over-the-top in service and friendliness. This is a company that I will continue to purchase from for years to come. If you ever get the opportunity to hear Matt Monarch speak in person, jump on it! We saw him this year in Tulsa, OK and he was excellent. He truly cares for people and it shows. God bless everyone at the Raw Food World. They've helped my husband and I turn our health around for the better. Thank you guys!!!

Their videos are enlightening and funny. They are real down to earth people. I actually feel like I'm friends with Matt and his wife Angela. Hi- The Raw Food World is the one site I know I can got to for the highest quality products. I feel Matt does a lot of research and investigative work behind the scenes on all his products and I appreciate that!! I also love the extensive product information on each item. very informative and educational. My only complaint is that when shopping, the cart does not "hold" the products. I have to shop quickly! which I usually do not want to do. I like to browse and spend time reading and choosing and if I leave for 5 minutes (to answer the phone or whatever) the shopping cart empties and I have to start over again. Please change this! Love your site and I am a huge fan!! love all the work you are doing!! Thank you!
