There was nothing wrong with my order but I do have to mention that there was a packing problem. The lid on the Yacon syrup was not fitted tightly and the foil liner was also slightly lifted. When I opened the bubble wrap there was syrup all over the paperwork, around the jar (very messy and sticky) and probably 1/4 lf the jar appears to have leaked out. I took photos of the mess but decided against mentioning it - but now that you are asking ....... Otherwise, i am happy with the product. Thank you.

I like ordering online and then going to pick it up. You get exactly what you need without having to pay for shipping.

My seal on my jar had been broken and it had leaked all over the bag and contents that it was sent in. I called and left a message asking what I needed to do to get it replaced, but office was closed.
