Most of the products are terrific, and the service is good. The shipping charges however, are ridiculously high. I'd laugh, if it wasn't so aggravating. The shipping charges, and with those "at cost specials", are about as much as the products themselves. This is what holds me back every time from ordering everything I want. There are other sites with similar and equally good products that don't gouge with the shipping, and even wave them for good customers.

I am always surprised when I order from TRFW and I get my order delivered on time (many times even quicker than the quoted delivery time) and in great shape (I often order items in glass and have never had any broken items). They also stock great products and usually always actually have them in stock (unlike others). The sales (at cost specials) are always great deals too.
