While we really enjoy most of the products from Raw Food World, some are questionable. For instance the super, best ever herbs we purchased the other day first of all tasted like death warmed over, then, after putting the powder in vegetable capsules, it turned into a black, tar-like substance and stuck to the top of the pill maker.......this was about $10. an ounce (camu camu).....and highly touted, but almost uneatable. The second issue is whenever we order products, it's like pulling teeth getting them past the paying step.......I have totally abandoned it many times, just not having the patience or time to spend getting it through. So, refining that process would really benefit them in the long run. Thirdly, when shopping, once I go to the shopping cart, and want to continue shopping instead of checking out, it goes way back to the top of the page, rather than returning to where it left off.....that is also very time consuming (finding the place again). With refining, I believe RFW will be optimal..... Thanks

My husband is healing from the most aggressive form of Cancer treatment. Thankfully the super foods are helping him. Life has been really difficult and thankfully we are able to get some help through the Raw food World..... My husband loves The Black Maca Maca and the mixed red white & black Maca Maca. He also takes the Noni berries every day. All are helping him show signs of renewed youth....thanks everyone!!!!!!!

I made a decision to rid my diet of gluten and found another arena of raw food. All the information that I have read and listened to so far is logical and makes perfect sense to switch to this life style. Thank you for providing all this information and products (very tasty too by the way).

I have been ordering from Raw Food World for a few years now. Thier products always exceed expectations and are priced very well. The shipping is fast and I have never had any issues with any of my orders except them not lasting long enough once I open them :)

I had a lot of challenges placing the 2 most recent orders. It was problems with the cart. I couldn't remove items. As a matter of fact I had to ask a frowns to plaw my last order because my cart was still not cleared. I ended up having to pay somewhere around $40 in shipping so I could get the merchandise overnighted and this revive it in time. Had I no problems with the cart than I would not have had to pay so much for shipping. So that's a bummer. Is imagine I still can't place an rose due to items stuck in my cart. Hopefully you guys will fix this. Being that I just spent probably around $1000 last month, I don't think I'll be buying anything more real soon. The lady that resolved my first order was very nice and professional and the products were as expected.

I slammed this company yesterday, and then I've found a message on my work phone and an email trying to make up for the HUGE hassle I had when ordering. So, I'm giving them another chance to make things better. As of right now, they're shipping could use some tightening up and the web site should give you the option of combining or cancelling orders after you place them if they haven't been processed or shipped. I'm coming back after my products arrived, which I've been waiting for since the 6th of June order. Okay, it's now been a little longer and I've since reordered. I have never had a company work so hard to make things right. I had a problem with my first order and was extremely upset. I have gotten phone calls, emails, and extra, caring attention to make it all right. These folks go way beyond anything I've experienced to make and keep you happy. It's wonderful and refreshing to find a company today that give's a rat's a## anymore about customer service. These folks have it and just give them a chance. If you have any kind of problem, hang in there cause you won't regret it. :)
