I love the products offered at The Raw Food World, especially the Thai coconut sugar, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's a favorite that I enjoy in my coffee. But because I live in Hawaii, the cost of shipping for any product from the mainland goes up; unfortunately, the same is true here. I had to cancel my order when I was advised there would be an additional $50 or so cost for shipping. I emailed right away, and even though it was a Sunday, I received a reply saying that the order will be canceled and I would receive a reimbursement. I appreciate the prompt customer service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the cost of shipping issue.

Raw food world is the best place to meet all your raw food needs. They always send me something a little extra like free samples and hand written thank you notes.

The bean pastas are outstanding! Tried the fettucine both raw (soaked) and cooked and LOVE them both ways. The black bean spaghetti was fabulous also so ordered the adzuki spaghetti and can't wait to try it. Great company, great products, great service. Can't ask for more than that! Unique items that are all gathered together, so you don't have to shop at million different stores. The customer service is amazing. They make you feel like family. The Raw Food World provides priceless information about all the products and much more. I absolutely LOVE it! The only negative thing is that sometimes I place a whole order, just because I need a certain product and I might as well get a few more things while I get it. But then they end up not having in stock that specific product that I placed the whole order for... and I only find out about it after I placed the order. I wish there was a way to know this before I actually pay. Other than that, this store is a true gem. I shop there all the time and I highly recommend it to everybody!

Everything was fresh and smelled pure. It came quickly and packaged very well. There was one item missing from my order, but they told me almost right away that it would ship about a week later. I only purchased products (primarily herbs & seeds) with raw food world's labels, not the products from other companies.

I just ordered for the first time from The Raw Food World. The web site was easy to use and my order came with ease and grace. I would recommend them to all my friends.

They've got more products than I've seen anywhere online. Even stuff I've never heard of before.
