Quality products and the right products

This was my first time calling the company to check on a backordered item. No one answered the phone on my first try. I called back and had to wait again and finally someone answered my call. That was not a good first impression. I asked if she knew when I would receive item and she explained that they still haven't received it in their warehouse. I asked if I would be notified when item would be shipped out and she said I would get an email with shipping info. I made this phone call after emailing you from your website to ask same question but hadn't heard back from anyone. I'm okay with waiting for the item but not okay with emailing and receiving no answer and having to call twice. Lady was very nice on the phone though. She apologized for not having product in just yet and thanked me for working with company (having patience). All in all, I like your company, the products you offer and the prices.

I have been eating vegan/mostly raw for about 3 months now - since I am new I am always looking for authority in this field to teach me and help me be the healthiest I can be. The Raw Food World has been one of my top 'go-to' sources - I just ordered their Vitamin - D3 and B patches - love the idea of this getting into my system better than taking a pill form and am excited to see and feel the results of these soon. I had a couple of questions on recommended dosage and sent an email and got a response extremely fast (within minutes). I am thankful for companies like this that have people's best interests at heart rather than the quickest way to make money.

Love these glass straws. They are very durable.
