I can see myself ordering from here for my needs for a very long time.

Bought B12 patches which could have been mailed for the cost of maybe two stamps. Instead, it was about $9 if I recall correctly. That is way, way too much for what it actually costs. A flat fee for postage determined by product cost, results in a rip-off to the consumer. I will be looking for another source for this product or similar product. Do not look for further business from us. Will not recommend, and will warn off others, unless this gets changed. UP DATE - I have received what is really excellent follow-up with my complaint above. Real attention to customer satisfaction! They have provided a return of some of the shipping cost. When I really think about it, I was as harsh with them as I would be with a big corporation, when really they are one of the smaller good-guy operations, and that's not right. So I apologize for being too harsh. So I've up'ed the star rating. However, I don't know how to re-order the same B12 patch product again, without also incurring the same high shipping charge all over again - so I'm only upping to 4 stars. Really would like to see some arrangement to fix this on their web store site, instead of complaining each time?

I have ordered from Raw Food World many time. The products they offer are high quality. Sometimes I go back to the website once I receive the products to read some of the tips on how to prepare the product in a delicious recipe. Twice I ordered and then realized I forgot to order something. Each time I was able to contact customer service and add the additional item to the order. Customer service would call and confirm the order and payment option.

I have been ordering this one product from them for years. The price is competitive and the service is great!

I did get a surprising rush of energy within the hour after putting on my Vit B and D patches. Very impressed with Mat and Angela. I appreciate their first hand experience with the products they promote. Look forward to cooking with the mung bean noodles.

I found out that you guys sell way too expensive after I made my orders and ofcourse this will not make me a life costumer! To you guys is about making more money, to us is all about being healthy, but not paying a fortune for items that sell for less everywhere else. People will buy ounce or twice, but when they realize how much more they've paid, trust me they will NOT order again!!
