I am a first time customer and I had a great shopping experience! I stumbled upon The RFW website while looking for a product I wanted to purchase (Sea Clear Fermented Kelp Chlorella Miso). The sales representative was very accommodating in providing me the best price. She provided Great customer service and I will return again for my shopping needs!! They also provided free samples in my shipment.

My order took at least 4 days to be dispatched, which meant in the end I had to cancel it.

The order was placed during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend when offices were closed. Customer needed this order quickly but being on the opposite U.S. coast, it would not have arrived in time. Customer was informed of this and requested cancellation. We offered our apologies AND a generous 10% coupon of her next order with us.

The only possible negative in my mind is the high prices. BUT I also feel that for those prices, I am getting high quality that I can trust. That is worth a great deal. I appreciate the products offered, and service has always been excellent.

I search for the best. I find them from time to time. Thank you for being personable with a copy of your handwritten letter to the customers. Thank you for the reminder to take clean chlorella tablets. Thank you for the vitamin D patches and samples! Have only tried the chlorella. I have to do research on the sweetener and the powered drink mix. I feel the difference!

Great store, great products, great selection for the raw foodie. I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, but I try to eat healthy and minimize grains and animal products in my diet. This store has a great selection of 100% foods and even some healthy cosmetic type items. The prices are on the high side, but anyone who's focused on organic and GMO free products knows that is the norm. They have at-cost specials every month that are often a fantastic bargain, so price is not always an issue. Great people, great store!
