The Raw Food World is my favorite online place to shop for healthy, life-giving food. I trust Matt and Angela to provide only the best, most wholesome foodstuffs and tried and proven herbs and personal care products from around the world, as well as tools and appliances that will excell in getting their jobs done. I feel that this business is driven by genuine human kindness, as proven by the prompt and fair customer service any time I have had need to contact them, not to mention, the slight thrill I get every time I hear Angela's charming British voice on the phone que. It is a special joy to tune in to the video presentations that teach about health issues, or give us a glimpse into this family's beautiful and intentional lifestyle. Miss Oria is such a delightful little being - it is simply wonderful to watch her flourish and grow. Angela's musings and chronicles make me feel like a part of their family. Took care of a small problem that I had a while back without any static, always on time and package to perfection.

As mentioned in the title, all good, but to date, I have never received a return call when leaving a phone message over the last three months, and I have never received a response from the 3 emails I have sent with product questions. If you know what you want and they have it in stock, then your golden. If you have questions, hopefully your have better luck than I have. Still no replies from email or via phone. I don't understand why, but I will keep buying the products I am familiar with.

I have never had an issue with the products at raw food world but I live in the east coast and I wish the delivery was quicker.

I have been ordering from the RFW for many years back when Matt first opened the store. I like shopping from the store because I trust the products are quality, at a reasonable price and I usually get my order pretty quick. I love the variety of products and information available to me that I can't find anywhere else. I'm a loyal customer for life :)

I am loyal to this company. Sometimes their website does weird things with addresses upon checkout, but their customer service fixes everything and answers questions so quickly. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to do so. I trust them, and that is a big deal to me.
