Is hard to contact customer services by phone and email when there is an error with order

Good company with some great specials. I can't figure out why they almost always take a week before shipping your order but other than that I've no complaints. I've certainly had good interactions when I needed to talk to someone, always very nice people. Matt can be overly enthusiastic-not usually a bad thing except with the Adya Clarity product. Really appreciated the refund though!

I may not agree with everything about the Monarch's, but I do love their store and their passion for health and wellbeing. I appreciate the sales and discounts that are always available. My orders always come in a timely manner and all of the products have been in excellent condition. This store has directly contributed to my personal health and my friends and family as well. I would recommend shopping here to anyone interested in taking their health to the next level.
