I forgot to use a coupon (10% off) and the customer service applied it to my order retroactively. Also, they reply to emails promptly. In addition, The Raw Food World has good prices and discounts.

this review is about my experience placing an order.While the rep was respectable,the ordering process needs major improvement. All agents are busy every time I call. Every time. There needs to be improvement in this area if the Raw Food World continues to call itself a good company to deal with.

I wore one behind each ear every day during the most grueling schedule of my work. Think the RawFoodWorld warehouse. That is where I could work if I were close. My schedule was grueling during Nov/Dec and in addition to the B12 patches, I looked all through my stuff for help to get me through. Nothing helped me. I hope I learn how to make next year better or I cannot keep this up.

I love The Raw Food World's At Cost Specials. They are different every month, with the occasional repeat, and they give me an opportunity to try new products I've never heard of before. Many of the products I've tried have become favorites I order again and again. The only problem I have with The Raw Food World is that on several occasions, I have not gotten what I ordered. It seems that the packers don't always double check before they mail out. That stopped once I started adding the comment, "please double check before mailing", but once I stopped writing that in my orders, the mistakes started happening again. This seems unprofessional to me. Customer service has always been reasonable when this happens, but it's a pain in the butt to have to mail them back stuff from their mistakes.
