I have not used the product long enough to evaluate its effectiveness. The massage feels good. It is light and comfortable in my hand. The battery does not last as long as claimed. At this time my only other negative comment is that it didn't come with instructions on how to use it for scalp stimulation, only info about the product itself.

The Scalp massage feels good. However it does tangle your hair. Reply Thanks for offering a return for my massager but I think I will stick with it.

We're sorry to hear that, Laura. 2-4% of our purchasers do not benefit from using the Therascalp massager due to having very thick hair. Our tangle-free nodes do not do so well with that hair type. It's okay. Though I wish it was easier to hold on to - its surface is so smooth. And it would be perfect if you could have two versions of the moveable massagers - a hard and a soft one. To me, the version it comes with is too soft. Relatively noisy! But love that you charge it with a chord.
