I am SO glad I trusted the process!
I came into TPA about 8 months into my practice with an idea of how TPA might be able to support me. I had no idea how in depth and detailed they would go. I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary and my business is not only steady, it is blossoming! I am having discussions about hiring, expanding and maintaining long-term, consistent growth.
The TPA team have been an amazing sounding board. They have kept me accountable, and enhanced my understanding about so many topics! Their ability to take what you say and enhance it is unmatched.
Deep down I knew I could do it, but the TPA team made me confident that this will be long lasting and that's essential.

I Highly Recommend Therapy Practice Accelerator
I signed on with Therapy Practice Accelerator about a year ago to help me build my private practice from the ground up. Going in, I thought I understood what I was buying. I pictured them doing most of the heavy lifting and that alone would fill my schedule with full-pay clients.
That is not how it went. And honestly, the first few months were an adjustment. I had to let go of the picture I walked in with.
What I got instead was better. They didn't hand me a full caseload. They taught me how to build one myself, and how to keep building it after the contract ends. They didn't catch the fish for me. They taught me how to fish.
But TPA is not just a consulting firm that coaches you from the outside. You are walking into a community of like minded therapists. Some are brand new to private practice, like I was. Others have run their own practice for years and joined because they want to grow, serve their community more effectively, and reach a profit level that actually sustains what they are doing. TPA gives you guidance on nearly everything to do with the marketing side of your business, and some basic administrative guidance as well. But the community itself has been just as valuable. For a sole practitioner in a small town, having a group of people who understand exactly what you are building has made a real difference.
These are not co-workers. They are colleagues. It is a place where you can get practical advice from other therapists, find or make referrals, or even start a group of like minded therapists who share something in common and want to support each other.
A year later, my practice looks the way I hoped it would when I started, but I got there by learning the skills myself instead of renting someone else's. I never thought I would see the day I could confidently command the rate I charge and carry the caseload I have now. I honestly don't think I would be where I am today without the coaching, support, and community TPA provided.
And then there is the website. It is spectacular. One of my former colleagues called it "epic." The best part is that TPA didn't just hand me a finished product. We built it together, and what came out of it is something that is uniquely mine.
I recommend this program without qualification. If you're ready to do the work and learn the process, it pays off.

Under Promise, Over Deliver!
Under promise, over deliver! I was hesitant to take the leap and sizable investment on this program, but after I spent some time evaluating my circumstances and needs, and considered everything that was included in the program I proceeded.
Within the first 3 weeks of the program I was blown away by the incredible value demonstrated and so many hidden benefits I hadn't considered (community, referral partners, etc).
If you are looking for a comprehensive training program, a hard-working team who show up consistently, and a gigantic group of colleagues who are encouraging you along your journey as they navigate their own, this is where it's at!

Their higher rating is inaccurate and…
Their higher rating is inaccurate and inflated by the owner who is a scam artist. This program is so disappointing. They have you do online learning, promise you coaching ( I met with a couch 1 time every other month), have you go to group coaching meetings while you wait for your turn , and then make you make flyers and do cold calls and track data. I didn’t get 1 client. There is a large group of people looking to do a lawsuit- it’s that bad. Save your money. Charger tells you the same information.
I am actually depressed because they have an excellent social worker upfront sales woman who promises you the world and then coaches and staff who actually use shame tactics and ban you from posting your needs and ignore your requests to your coach.
Be smart. Save your money. I know the prospect is enticing but out of the thousands and thousands they rip off, very few are successful.

I had a Zoom meeting with Amy Bouldin
I had a Zoom meeting with Amy Bouldin, an administrator from Therapy Practice Accelerator, on June 30, 2026. She seemed kind, professional, and willing to listen to my concerns. By the end of our conversation, Amy Bouldin asked if I would consider removing my reviews from Trustpilot. After speaking with her, I felt hopeful and was genuinely considering continuing with the TPA program and removing my original review.
Unfortunately, that changed when I discovered I had been removed from the group’s page and that all of my posts had been deleted. It felt like an attempt to silence my concerns and my efforts to advocate for myself rather than address the issues I had raised.
I am deeply hurt and astonished by how I have been treated by Therapy Practice Accelerator. I had hoped for open communication and a willingness to work through concerns, but instead I was left feeling dismissed and excluded. My intention in sharing this review is simply to provide an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I am grateful for my journey with TPA
I am grateful for my journey with TPA, and for the mindset shift that became possible after actually doing the work they provide.
Alongside working with some of the best minds in the business, they went above and beyond to help me reach my goals!

Therapy Practice Accelerator
Therapy Practice Accelerator transformed and deepened my understanding of what it means to successfully initiate and grow a private pay private therapy practice. The program helps identify misconceptions and errors in thinking that limit therapists' potential. The education modules helped me identify who my ideal clients are and how to find and help them. My coach Jeremy was skillful throughout the entire year helping me turn theory into action. I also have a great practice website now. The formation of it was a collaborative effort with Jeremey guiding the process. Nate was very effective helping me with visibility on Google searches.

Hiring TPA to help me grow my practice…
Hiring TPA to help me grow my practice by building a website, expanding my referral network, and operating google ads was a fabulous investment that absolutely paid off. If you are considering doing the program it will be worth your time and money only if you are willing to put in the work, and this is one of the core tenants of TPA..."teach a man to fish." While easy to get frustrated by this if you're expecting them to do all the work for you, learning to do it yourself makes all of this far more sustainable and will make your practice more successful in the long run.
If you join TPA you will be incredibly supported along the way. Every week there are office hours calls, accountability and planning calls, and technical support calls when you're figuring out your Google ads strategy. You will also have a dedicated point-person to help you along the way. You should absolutely arrange your schedule around these and attend them.
I was not a perfect TPA-er. I moved at a snail's pace, barely made it to Google ads by the end of my year, and fell off track for several weeks at a time. AND I still met the goals I set for my private pay practice. 80% really is perfect. I've also noticed how many of the core teachings and tenants have translated to my life outside of TPA and I will be forever grateful to TPA for this. If you want to grow your practice, are open to being coachable, and are willing to put in time and get uncomfortable, you will benefit from this program greatly, both professionally and personally.
