Do not recommend. I had a consultation with them that went well and they sent me a contract. I asked 2 very normal follow up questions regarding desired established experience of the VA and how general accountability works if something majorly wrong were to happen. Ya know, NORMAL questions when hiring a service of this nature. I am personally not a type A or a. 'difficult' person to deal with, and their response to my basic questions was to shut down the interaction citing 'I should hire someone personally to do things exactly how I want them to do them'. It was bizarre and jarring... like they couldnt be bothered to answer basic business relationship dynamic questions. It was too annoying for them, so the response to that was to reject the business. I've been operating for approx 10yrs and literally HAVE NEVER had issues in this regard in this part of the process. It felt juvenile and incredibly fragile like I was hurting their feelings. There are other organizations that are professional throughout and dont get irrationally emotional about basic business exchanges

Their higher rating is inaccurate and inflated by the owner who is a scam artist. This program is so disappointing. They have you do online learning, promise you coaching ( I met with a couch 1 time every other month), have you go to group coaching meetings while you wait for your turn , and then make you make flyers and do cold calls and track data. I didn’t get 1 client. There is a large group of people looking to do a lawsuit- it’s that bad. Save your money. Charger tells you the same information. I am actually depressed because they have an excellent social worker upfront sales woman who promises you the world and then coaches and staff who actually use shame tactics and ban you from posting your needs and ignore your requests to your coach. Be smart. Save your money. I know the prospect is enticing but out of the thousands and thousands they rip off, very few are successful.

I had a Zoom meeting with Amy Bouldin, an administrator from Therapy Practice Accelerator, on June 30, 2026. She seemed kind, professional, and willing to listen to my concerns. By the end of our conversation, Amy Bouldin asked if I would consider removing my reviews from Trustpilot. After speaking with her, I felt hopeful and was genuinely considering continuing with the TPA program and removing my original review. Unfortunately, that changed when I discovered I had been removed from the group’s page and that all of my posts had been deleted. It felt like an attempt to silence my concerns and my efforts to advocate for myself rather than address the issues I had raised. I am deeply hurt and astonished by how I have been treated by Therapy Practice Accelerator. I had hoped for open communication and a willingness to work through concerns, but instead I was left feeling dismissed and excluded. My intention in sharing this review is simply to provide an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Its a sham... If your schedule changes and you cannot meet on the schedule that you had signed up for then forget it. Once they're paid you might as well kiss your money goodbye. I had to go back to the office and when that happened I wasn't able to meet on the schedule that I had signed up for and asked for some additional times but was told the schedules were set and that I knew that coming into it. Its sucks!!! I am sure its great for some but it wasn't for me!

They talk a lot about ROI. Well, I didn't get a single call/client/lead from the website they designed, the PT profile they edited, or the Google Ads. Before asking, I did go to the GA meetings every week and did everything they suggested. There were changes in staff that I didn't know about that I wasn't aware of for over a month. I sent things in for editing and it took up to 2 months to get them back. Because of these things they extended my time twice. It was a total waste of time and money.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who was misled into enrolling in the Therapy Practice Accelerator (TPA) program, which was financed through Covered Care. I was promised that the program would significantly increase my caseload within a month and “double my clients” within two months. None of these promises were fulfilled. After a sales call, I was immediately enrolled in a payment plan to “help cover the costs initially.” Without any clear results or follow-through, I have already paid over $4,000, and I am still being charged on a $10,014.61 loan with an interest rate of 24%. When I asked to cancel after realizing the program did not deliver what was promised, I was met with resistance and no meaningful resolution. As a licensed professional who values ethics and transparency, I am appalled at how this company markets to therapists who are simply trying to grow their practices. Please be cautious before signing any agreement or financing through this company. Their tactics feel predatory and deceptive, preying on mental health professionals who are just trying to serve their clients and make an honest living.

Not very impressed. Once program was purchased never heard another word from them. I wouldn't recommend.

After $1,200 and 12 months, I didn't get one private pay patient. I extended by paying another $1,000 for 3 months and it was still the same. I'm not alone. I saw many posts in their private FB page and many discussions during their live calls where others were timing out and hadn't gotten any clients or had just had their first. I had high hopes, but it wasn't worth the time and energy I put into it and it certainly wasn't worth the money. I would have been much better off hiring someone to build me a website and monetize it.
