It is a scam !!! Once they get your payment details they never stop taking your money Without any subscription I paid for my ESL 5 years ago and have only just discovered they have been taking money every month

I did not get the order. ID Kit and Pet Clicker order. 76845f32-9984-4942-b750-110d032968a7 No answer at customer service. I have been in contact with them by phone and email to no avail. At least they should rufund me! The customer service sucks!!!!

I used Therapy pet back in late 2022. In June 2023, I canceled my “subscription” and got a confirmation email and yet I’m STILL GETTING CHARGED. I’ve reached out to my bank and they informed me it was difficult to stop the payments cause someone was going into my account manually and charging my account $10 every 10 days on top of the annual $180. Y’all are doing SHADY business and I advise EVERYONE who has used this service to please check your bank and TALK TO A LAWYER.

This company continues to charge me monthly for a service that I never signed up for. They told me they were going to issue a refund to me back in August, yet they just charged me again in December. I paid for 1 ESA letter and never requested anything additional. I would not recommend unless you have months and months to go back and forth with them about money they owe you.

Pathetic people. HAd a duplicate charge and they havent refunded my money and its been almost 9 months. They ahve stopped responding to emails. Kindly do not use thier service at all. They just eat money.

They charge your account without your consent. Without my authorization they charged my debit card for 79.99 plus a membership that I did not purchase. Still waiting for my refund. Stay away from them

I requested only my certificate so I could be able to take my company cat with me. After check out they offered me some extras For Zero Price Only I Have to pay the shipping and handling and when I accepted I end up getting charged for everything and the offer was a lie. I got charged $327.47 instead of $149.99. There is a number where you can call but it doesn’t work.
