This company is fraudulent. Will not give me a refund. These companies are all fake. You can't have an ESA dog without having ongoing care with a licensed psychiatrist. They do not offer ongoing care with anyone they take your money and leave you with bogus paperwork. This company is located in Asia.

It claims all over the website you can have and ESA letter in 48 hours. I ordered my results to be looked at by a therapist on August 13 and never received any information on said letter until I called on August 23 (10 days later). They never answered. I had to leave a voicemail. They called back the next day and said my letter was just getting to a therapist on the 22nd. I emailed and called numerous more times about updates of the letter. Nothing. Finally I call them on September 5 to cancel my letter and get my money back. And they try to keep me as a "client" by telling me I'm suppose to receive my letter the day after. Maybe my letter was gonna show up the day after but I cancelled and will never know. Regardless communication between them and I was minimal to non existent, even when requested for updates just about every week.
