Great pre-trial experience of using the Sales phone number and getting many answers that helped me to know TherapyNotes would work for me. I was able to engage in the Webinar which resulted in 60 days free trial. I was able to delay this to 08.01.25 to match my billing needs after the trial period. I have had a very lengthy phone time with Sales and Support individuals that assisted me to rapidly engage. (I had 18 Clients to input) They really are 24/7. I really liked how they helped me to use Settings to place defaults that are my norm. Still learning. I do like the fonts and colors and options for horizonal vs. vertical icons. Also like the many options for getting the same thing accomplished in different ways which is great for individual preferences. (Began assessing EHR types in June 2025)

I went to TherapyNotes after utilizing a biller. I found I was doing a lot of the calling of insurance and several errors (we are all human). I realized that I could make those same errors and save a LOT of money. I spend on TherapyNotes in one year what I spent on a biller in one month. The BEST aspect is the 24/7 support. (I got out of bed at 3am to check one night, yup, they answered).

Seldom you find a waiting list of zero! anywhere you call but at Therapy notes you do. The program is user friendly and the team is always helpful and well trained to answer all our questions. Love it!
