Therapy Notes has the absolute best customer service that I have ever dealt with. They are the most polite, helpful, good-natured people in any customer service industry. Every single time that I call with a question, I get an answer and an explanation if need be and they are always incredibly personable people. In most every occasion they are timely in how long you have to hold and I always know I'm going to have my issue resolved. Highly recommend.
