I have worked with TherapyNotes for over 10 years. Their services have expanded over that time in response to changes to provider needs. The features that I have always valued include the well laid out calendar, note templates that can be customized, ease of billing and storing cards on file, and more recent expansions for Telehealth and secondary insurance billing. Although the particular services have changed over time, the one constant has been their customer service. I can always talk to a person on their support team and this has been so helpful. I know that other EHR company's for mental health do not offer the same level of support. It is so nice to just call and get my questions answered. Their support team is always kind, friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer right away, which is rare, then I always get a follow up.

Always have a great experience with their customer services. This time was no different. I got a hold of a real person within a few minuets and got a knowledge able and thorough answer and follow up email. The best part of this experience is that it is a consistent and typical experience provided by Therapy Notes.
