She allowed me to discuss with her why I thought an ERA was posted incorrectly, and even though she initially didn't think it could be that way, she listened to my reasoning and eventually we determined that the posting was incorrect and she showed me how to fix it. Some representatives (at other places) would have just shut me down. I am so grateful for your support team, I have never been disappointed!

TherapyNotes has amazing customer service! Their team (real, live humans-yay!) is easy to access, easy to understand, and very short hold times if any hold time at all. They even keep you updated in real time where you're at in the queue. I so appreciate being able to pick up the phone if I have a question and being able to talk directly to a person at any time of the day or evening. Not many companies offer this important part of customer service anymore! I can't recommend TherapyNotes enough!
