TherapyNotes is intuitive and easy to use. Quick and efficient customer service! Always friendly and helpful and can answer any questions. Further, they are constantly improving their software to better meet customer needs, during the ever evolving mental health regulations and requirements.

Therapy notes is consistently excellent! Their 24/7 customer service is always helpful and they follow up with a summary of your call to a live person with the answer(s) to your question(s). It is a comprehensive EHR AND billing system that is easy to use with all the help you need to learn it! There is also a separate but equally accessible customer service group that is especially knowledgeable about the insurance process which can be oh so complicated! And they are NOT affiliated with any insurance companies which is the case for increasingly more platforms that also provide referrals. Beware of other platforms because of the trend towards lower reimbursement rates, shorter length of service authorized and clawbacks of payments after the fact. Therapy Notes is great and I plan on using their service as long as I’m in business!

TherapyNotes has a lot of things to offer through their platform but they simplifies things and make sure that you understand so that you can grow your practice they way you like it.

Fast resolution from Customer Support.

The product is good - like any EHR it requires learning, exploring, troubleshooting, etc. But it is simple, intuitive, and flows well overall. I have been very happy with the customer support as well, they were patient, knowledgeable, and specifically helpful.

When I called the support team because I was given the wrong username by my employer, they did not give away my username but directed me in guessing it! that was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and unnecessary phone calls.

All the ladies I spoke with today were very helpful I had many questions on various topics and they were extremely supportive. I especially appreciate after the fact emails to help my memory and get every detail just right. Thank you team!
