Great Customer Service Experience.

As a small practice owner, TherapyNotes has made my life extremely easy. The platform itself is intuitive and reliable and has saved me countless hours when it comes to billing and documentation. While all of that is important, their customer service is really what makes them stand out. Whether by email or by phone, I typically get my questions answered within 24 hours. They truly go above and beyond to help, and will point you in the right direction if the question is outside of their scope. This most recent customer service experience was no different. The reprsentative was responsive, thorough, and frankly, delightful!

TherapyNotes has been great so far! Of course, in the beginning I had a lot of questions, but the customer support team has been excellent—always responsive and helping me solve every issue step by step. I was able to set up the prescription feature with their guidance, and they supported me through the whole process. I love that I was able to start for free, and based on my experience, I definitely plan to continue using it!
