The staff members are helpful and respond in a timely manner. The platform is efficient and effective. Some of the platforms have way too many things to click/ enter, but not TherapyNotes. Very straightforward.

TN always provides prompt and complete technical support. No matter the question the provide you with individual help that guides you to an answer or they notify you they’ve corrected the issue themselves.

I've been using TherapyNotes for about 5 years. It's a great product and I can't say enough about their tech support. They have walked me through SO many things. I really like the new AI for note writing; it's a game changer for sure. Overall, I would say tech support and user friendliness are my favorite things about TNs. I've also used Simple Practice but I found it clunky, complicated, and not user friendly at all.

I love working with this company. Anytime I have a problem, concern, or need help navigating a team member is always there to help. I really appreciate not having to talk to a bot or stay on the phone and press a million prompts. Can't say enough about them.
