Excellent piece of software, excellent customer service. Great tool for students to learn on. Very user friendly.

Had repeated issues with one TherapyPortal feature, but a rep worked through it with us. They were quick to respond and thorough in their answers.

Overall, it is an user-friendly system to engage with. Customer support has been a good experience, particularly expediency and follow through. Nicole was really friendly and helpful in chasing down a solution that involved a partner company. Would definitely benefit from more program expansion as related to features. Would definitely recommend.

Therapy Notes is a good program. It works well for our office of 30-some providers.

Overall I have liked using Therapy Notes. The platform is clear and easy to use. I would prefer talking to a human when I need customer service. However my last email interaction regarding the portal, was in a short time answered very succinctly by privacy officer. It addressed all of my concerns very well.

Really impressed so far! I'm a new customer to TherapyNotes and, so far, I'm really pleased with the customer service. Everyone has been kind, supportive, and genuinely interested in helping. They also get back to you in a very timely manner. It's fairly user-friendly, and if something doesn't automatically make sense, you can get an actual person on the phone to help you figure it out. I'd definitely recommend them for EMD and telehealth services.
