I have used Therapy Notes for 3 years now, and will never use another EHR provider. This company is run by therapists who actually get it. And they are always improving the experience/tools. The customer service is phenomenal and responds quickly and professionally. You can tell they put the therapist first, so that we can put our clients first. Well worth the investment for my practice.

It does not matter what kind of issue I throw at the customer support team; they always meet the challenge with personable, affirming support, troubleshooting with me and really making me feel like together we will solve the mystery of whatever I have going on.
