Each time I call TherapyNotes, the agents are very kind, friendly and supportive. They answer questions quickly and follow up with written information I can take back to the rest of my practice, and they also take ideas for improvement seriously and continue to improve upon an already great platform. TherapyNotes is pretty easy to use (and I'm not great with this stuff) and quite reliable (never had it down unexpectedly, or have any aspect of the program not work). One of the best things about it is the very reliable support service. I've called with several questions, usually with how to process something related to billing insurance, and the person on the other end has always been very helpful, polite, even cheerful, and there's never much of a wait to talk to someone.
