Excellent customer service and easy to use platform.

Great Customer Support! Therapy Notes is very easy to use but my favorite feature is the availability of their customer support. If I have a question, I call and speak to an actual human who can help. I leaned on them a lot when I was getting set up. After that, using the system is really easy. And if you need them, they are there.

A Therapy Notes support team member was very helpful when an urgent issue arose that prevented me from seeing a waiting client. With the team member's help, we resolved the issue as quickly as possible. What a relief! I really do appreciate knowing there is someone I can call on the phone who will walk me through fixing the issue. That is what keeps me working with Therapy Notes - knowing I can always talk to a real person who will walk me through a tech problem if needed, even if I have to wait or get a callback. Other platforms (ie, Headway) do not have someone available by phone.

Fast and helpful. Rep, John, understood what I was talking about and helped me in the moment with what the parts they could in their capacity and they got back to me faster than I could imagine in regards to a piece they needed clarity on since the system display was a bit unclear or could be left to different interpretations. They also passed along my suggestions. Additionally they helped me find another feature very quickly. I felt very supported and they were personable and professional in a way where you do not just feel a relief at the end of your day by getting support with something, but you feel like moving forward with business needs you can get help easily and that regulating and assuring for a practice owner and anybody. The follow-up emails with summary, ref, what was resolved, etc. that they always give are so helpful too, I do not have to worry about writing everything down or forgetting. Wonderful. TherapyNotes in my experience always looks to help and improve things and John reflected that.

I am constantly writing Therapy Notes email's asking them questions on how to do stuff. I always get a response within minutes and they tell me exactly what I need and also where to find the help guide in Therapy notes so I can see it myself. They are amazing! Always friendly, fast, helpful, knowledgeable!

We were recently challenged to recertify a financial-related detail in TherapyNotes, so I made an appointment through their help center. Prior to the appointment, I had to download one program so the tech could make the necessary changes, but that was the only prep I had to do. Using the aforementioned program, it took the (very pleasant) tech about three minutes to do what would have taken us so much longer to figure out, and would have cost us a lot of money.

Justin was calm and patient in giving me instructions to accomplish several techniques I needed to do to make successful changes in my schedule. Thank you, Justin!
