There are a lot of things that are great about Therapy Notes but what sets Therapy Notes above all other medical software programs is their exceptional customer service. I had a question a few days ago about a new payer ID and they informed me that the clearinghouse was not set up yet to send claims. I received a follow up email a few days later informing me that the clearinghouse is now ready and they offered instructions on how to proceed. A colleague sent out an email to Simple Practice about the same issue at the same time, he has yet to hear back from them.

CUSTOMER CARE BEGINS WITH PATIENCE! Brandon was so patient and eager to help. I felt like I was being such a problem but he stayed kind, patient and helpful. He made sure I understood what he was saying before moving on to my next question(and my next and next and next). He offered helpful suggestions and took me through test runs! It was a great experience all the way around!

TherapyNotes excels in customer support. They have a division for using the therapy program, and another for IT support. I have called several times and each time the staff are positive, welcoming, and expert in helping. Of special efficiency, they have the capability to do remote support so that they can guide us through the screen, or share controls if we give permission. I was referred to TherapyNotes by a colleague and everything she said about their competence and positivity has been true every time. They also send an email that summarizes what happened, so I have a handy reference for the future.

The staff in the support department at TherapyNotes are wonderful; patient, thorough, and available 24/7. this is largely why I continue to choose TherapyNotes as the EHR for my practice. A kind, helpful voice means everything!
