It is so easy to use.

I love TN. As a new practitioner starting a nonprofit, having the right EHR is a must. TN has everything I need: from claims, to easy to use settings to live customer service! And the customer support is the best ever! Kind, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! I tried Simple practice first, but they lacked, so I moved to Therapy Notes! I love the platform!

I consistently have great experiences with TherapyNotes, LLC. The Support staff is very helpful, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They understand their software very well and know just how to resolve any issues that arise. They very patiently clear up my own lack of understanding and teach me how to go forward. Even though I benefit from talking in person to the support staff, I love the option of sending an email with my questions because it allows me to continue on with other work while I wait for the response- which is always within 24 hours and often less than that, and then I have the directions in writing for future reference. TherapyNotes, LLC helps my job be even more enjoyable and I am grateful!

Therapy notes is an awesome EHR for private practice single person clinicians. It has everything I need without being clunky and the one time I needed to call for help, the call was quick and kind.
