I've contacted TherapyNotes support a few times now and have had consistently positive and helpful experiences. The support personnel are always patient, kind, and helpful in resolving problem and answering questions. I had considered transitioning to another EHR a while back and decided to stay with TherapyNotes. While they aren't the least expensive EHR out there, I really appreciate their proactive efforts to manage client information securely and the tools they provide for practitioners straightforward, intuitive, and are exactly what I need. I just trust that TherapyNotes has my back when it comes to client information and documentation. And of course, the 24hr support is amazing. I've never needed to contact them in the wee hours of the morning, but it gives me peace of mind to know that support is just a phone call away. Representative was very knowledgeable and walked me through my concern. I was able to make the changes needed to sign the documentation in a timely fashion. The modifications needed to address and resolve the issues were completed quickly.
