Not the flashiest EHR out there, but in the years that I've been with them, I've found that they work to continuously improve user experience, keep costs contained, take feedback seriously, and provide customer service that is quick, competent, and kind.

I really like Therapy Notes. It’s easy to use and fairly intuitive. The staff is very professional and are always available to help. Only thing I would wish different: that intake documents could be downloaded, printed and uploaded when needed, and documents didn’t expire so quickly in portal. Otherwise, its Great!!

I have been using Therapynotes for about 2 months now. It has made billing a lot lot easier. I appreciate being able to bill with a click of a button. I also appreciate being able to decline appointments. There could be room for improvement there as they don't alert the client that the appointment was declined, you have to do that yourself but it's also easy to miss the message that lets you know that. Also setting up billing can be a tad bit confusing and a bit of a nuance but once it's done its all good. There has been a big delay in receiving payment, but I believe that is on part of the insurance company. Video is pretty good and pretty easy to get to. I have found though that the video will lag on occasion and act up. It also appears to always say that internet connection is poor for both parties; I am not sure what that is about. All in all I can say I do like the platform. They have even made some small changes in the short period of time I've been on. Once thing I can say is stellar is the amount of support, they give you. There are videos and helpful blogs everywhere, but they are also always reaching out to see if you need assistance with anything. They call, email, and just reach out if they feel you need anything. I think the platform is awesome and I am pleased with my decision.

Pretty easy setup. Get the insurance all set up and signed up for ERA's was the worst part. Once things are done and set up it is pretty easy.

I think TherapyNotes is a great platform. My only complaint would be the poor reception during telehealth.

TherapyNotes is very easy to schedule, complete a note, and bill. They are short on fillable forms for patients, especially during Covid. The response to the pandemic was slow as patients were not coming in the office, and we had a need to ave fillable forms. They added a few fillable forms, but not all. I have been waiting for eprescribe for years, and sadly will have to leave.

I have been using Therapy Notes for almost 2 years now. It is a great platform, easy to use, and with great customer service. The agents reply very fast, they try to address the issues the best they can and I have seen great improvements and upgrades in the last year. There is still space for the better, especially with the Telehealth options, but in general, this is a great platform that I recommend to anyone.

I have used Therapynotes for years. I love that the system is simple and easy to use. The billing process is streamlined so it doesn't take hours to submit claims. Note keeping is straightforward and they provide templates for every kind of note that I've needed to make. There is room for improvement though. It would be so helpful if the provided client information form included a place for insurance information and that transferred automatically to the client billing settings. Also, while the telehealth platform is very convenient and works well, I cannot then access client information or paperwork during the session. It would be helpful, especially with the new screen sharing option, to be able to show clients how to upload forms or use the client portal and such. (Maybe I'm missing something and should be able to do that). Overall, I think Therapynotes is a great platform and I will continue to use it for my practice needs and recommend it to others.
