Therapy Notes as a whole is amazing. The software is easy to use and understand, and the customer support is unmatched. Anytime I become overwhelmed customer support has been able to help me in a matter of minutes.

TherapyNotes is reasonably priced & they offer a simple EHR that anyone can use AND you can talk to a person for support 24/7--who else offers this? (Call in pm--less busy.)

I love TherapyNotes - they have a great product that they are continually improving, and excellent customer service. I did a lot of research when selecting an EHR a few years ago and did several trials of EHRs and TN was the best. Today I reached out to customer service to help me plan my travels and they got back to me within the hour, and today is a Sunday. It doesn't get better than that.

I really like that I can send program change ideas to the support team. Plus, the support team is great! It may take a long time to speak with someone (which is a real pain and something they need to work on), but they are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I rarely have a problem they can't help me take care of.

We briefly switched from TherapyNotes to PracticeQ, but returned because the customer service at TherapyNotes is unmatched. Even on weekends, their team is responsive and follows up until issues are resolved. As a nurse practitioner, having reliable support at my fingertips when I need it makes all the difference.
