I'm leaving this review due to the great support services and helpful technicians when I call for help with a problem. The technician that recently handled my problem was very patient, helpful, and went an extra mile to helped me get back on track. And actually helped me learn more about the billing system.

I was locked out of my Therapy Notes account. I called the Support line and Joe was able to walk me through the process of sending a Password Reset Request form. Once he received it, he was able to contact me and ask some questions to verify my account. I answered the questions correctly; he was able to approve my request and verify that I could log in again. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Joe was able to help me log into my account so I could get back to my work!

I can't say enough how wonderful Therapy Notes is and the amazing workers who make Therapy Notes so effective and user friendly. This company is privately and as far as I know has no plans to become public which I really appreciate and find important. Additionally, they have pledged to not use user data to train AI models. During the Change Healthcare cyber attack Therapy Notes was absolutely fantastic and within a month were already pivoting to a new clearninghouse. Every step of the way they communicated to their users exactly what was happening and what the plans were.
