As a practitioner based in Australia, I’ve found TherapyNotes to be incredibly helpful in managing my daily workflow. Everything from scheduling to billing is well integrated, which saves me a lot of time. The system is intuitive, and I didn’t need much time to get used to it. It’s made running my practice much smoother and more organised.

Everytime i call Therapy Notes and speak with any of their representatives i always leave the call smarter than i came into it. They are nice and friendly and very helpful. I have learned alot from them. Keep up the good work. Appreciate their kindness and willingness to help with any problem that we have. A lot of the representatives (not all) appear to be younger people (early 20s) but very well trained they know their stuff.

Then I called customer support, I was patiently accommodated with answers to all my questions and received an email afterwards with links to each topic I was looking for help on. So far no stone left unturned! I do anticipate a little more frustration, but am confident that I'll receive great suppot!

Yesterday, I was trying to Bill for EAP sessions. I called and spoke with therapy notes support. They helped me in so many ways that I didn’t even know I needed help with! I’ve been using TherapyNotes for about several months and so far I’m very impressed by the company and their EHR. Whenever I’ve had questions I’ve been able to reach a live human based in the US (or possibly Canada) who knows the software in and out as well as some details about the business sides of therapy. They have been very helpful and their policies for different features, including AI features, are transparent and ethically sound. I would recommend TherapyNotes to any other therapist.
