I have been using Therapy Notes since February 2026. Having switched from a previous, not so helpful, other EHR system. Since switching to Therapy Notes their support team have been wonderful and very quick to help me navigate any questions or issues I may have had.

Both ladies were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional in assisting me with an issue involving my merchant services account. They took the time to address my concerns, help me reach a resolution, and ensure that my account was successfully canceled. What I appreciated most was that their assistance didn’t stop at simply resolving the initial issue. I was also walked through the necessary steps to make corrections within my account that could potentially allow me to receive a refund for previous charges. As a business owner, I truly appreciate customer service representatives who are attentive, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping customers find solutions. Both Ryann and D’Anna demonstrated that level of care and professionalism. What started as a frustrating situation ended with me feeling heard, supported, and grateful for the assistance I received.
