Therapy Notes Support Team: Support call on 4/13/2026 I had recently composed a new treatment plan for a client. The diagnosis codes were the same, but somehow the order of the codes was switched on the subsequent notes. I called the support team and was assisted by Megan Donaldson, who walked me through the process to correct the problem. She was patient, efficient, and friendly, and the issue was resolved quickly.
