I used to hate doing notes. And even more difficult than that was submitting all my insurance billing and then trying to track what was paid and not and follow up on it. TherapyNotes makes all of this a breeze. At first I didn't want to do notes the way they're set up but over time I realize the wisdom of TherapyNotes and now my notes and treatment plans and intakes are much stronger. I appreciate the note process a to. and I tend to do my notes faster and quicker. A good thing -- actually a great thing. Furthermore I do a lot of insurance billing, and tracking it and submitting them is a headache -- a big headache. TherapyNotes makes this so much nicer. I now find I look forward to insurance billing. It gets done quickly. And it's easy to track. There are all sorts of extra goodies too. Being able to send my patients a text or email for appointment reminder automatically, and the system is smart enough to tell me that my patients open the email and read it. How cool is that. The scheduling is nice. I have now moved from having a paper calendar to everything done in TherapyNotes. Now I never have to enter a date more than once because the schedule, leads to a reminder to make a progress note, which then leads to reminder to bill the patient or the patient's insurance. It just all makes sense. Plus the system is programmed in a way that's beautiful and a pleasure to use. Plus they update it all the time. So it just gets better. Most of all, what I'm really happy about is when I finish for the day I feel like there's less work hanging over my head. I'm enjoying my weekends more and I'm enjoying my free time more as more gets done easier. Thank you TherapyNotes you make running a practice much easier.

Notes are quick and easy with excellent prompts for items that meet compliance standards, reminders help my participants make it to sessions on time, and billing only takes me about a half hour a week using TherapyNotes. Customer service has been very helpful, and every time I've had a question about setup, or a feature I didn't understand, they got back to me very quickly.

This program has all I need for my practice all rolled into one. It took once to sit down and set up my account and from then on it's been just point and click for everything from note writing to billing, tracking payments. The special appointment reminders feature is great and has reduced the number of missed appointments I've experienced since I've started it. Whenever I have problems, the staff have been very helpful in getting me back on track and very knowlegable about their product. This product is great and the best thing about it, is you can try it for free!!

This tool is easy to use and does everything for your practice, from scheduling, to texting your clients, to billing. It reminds you to complete your treatment plans and it is completely user friendly. I am grateful I found this program for my practice.

I worship at the feet of TherapyNotes! I used to be weeks behind in my notes (shh! Don't tell anyone!) and lousy at my billing. Now, I have notes done before the client is out the door, and electronic insurance claims filed that day. Their software is intuitive, and their support has been stellar. I cannot rave enough to my friends.

I have been using TherapyNotes for over a year and have been exceedingly pleased with it. Having tried out another system prior to TherapyNotes, I was amazed how much more user friendly the TN system is. For me, TN is very intuitive, and saves me a lot of time and frustration. I also can't say enough good things about the technical staff. I have contacted them on many occasions, and they have always been prompt, friendly, and able to solve my problem. There are a few minor tweaks I hope to see made in the future, but they make frequent updates and are open to suggestions. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better fit for me. I highly recommend TherapyNotes!

This software is very reasonable, accessible from anywhere and handles, scheduling, notes, other activities and billing. It is absolutely great with reminders so if you forget something, the computer remembers it for you. I have a small private practice with three associates who are contracted to see a few clients each. This system has taken a lot of stress from me, allowing me to be more productive. And your billing clerk/scheduler/secretary gets added at no additional charge.
