I have been using Therapy Notes for 2 years - and after using large "agency's supposed USER friendly programs" I can tell you that Therapy Notes is the ONLY WAY TO GO -- It allows us to do what we are trained to do - -WORK WITH CLIENTS!! THANK YOU THERAPY NOTES!!!

We started using Therapy more than two years ago. It has simplified my practice so much that I have been able to cut down on overhead staff and costs. My therapists remind me all the time how convenient it is and how they appreciate being able to view the financial status of their caseloads. Any time we ask for an update or added feature we are usually always accommodated.

I'm in practice with my husband. Formerly we had a billing program that was cumbersome and complicated. TherapyNotes makes it easy to do notes, to do electronic billing, to see what I have to do. It is so user friendly I was easily able to teach my husband to do it (and he never did billing before.) Their customer service is responsive when I have a question. And they constantly are improving the features using the feedback they get from therapists.

I have been enjoying Therapy Notes for some time now. Over the last year I have suggested it to other therapists in my area. I find myself giving demonstrations of it to my to those friends. It makes running my own therapy practice so much easier. My notes are more organized, TN keeps me on task and makes sending claims very easy.
