Therapy Notes proves everything I need to run our practice. As I master the program, I am amzed with their foresight in predicting what a psychology office requires. Several times I have said to myself, "I wsh Therapy Notes did such and such." All I had to do was stroll around the program a bit and lo and behold! Therapy Notes already thought of what I needed! And their technical support is wonderful. They respond almost immediately with answers. And the cost is affordable for a small practice such as ours. Thank you, Therapy Notes!

TherapyNotes is very user friendly, an excellent tool for note-keeping and billing, and I am very pleased with all aspects of the program! The support staff are very friendly, helpful, and quick. I have had few issues (mostly operator error), and they have been so great to work with! I definitely recommend TherapyNotes!

I love that they are always making adjustments and updates to our already efficient and effective EMR's. Every couple of weeks I can count on them to add more improved efficiency to Therapy Notes and they give a helpful synopsis of the changes.

very intuitive, no training needed

It took a little while to get familiarized with the site but once I did it made my notes and claim submission process very easy and streamlined. I can't even justify procrastinating anymore. Additionally, anytime I had an issue the support staff was easy to reach and very friendly and knowledgable.

TherapyNotes is a very user friendly electronic health record system that has been thoughtfully designed for mental health clinicians. Having used several different EHR systems throughout the years at different agencies, I can truly appreciate the ease of this operational system, as well as the super supportive staff if I have any questions. I am so happy that I decided to go with TherapyNotes when I began my private practice!

Great EMR, has everything I need for a small practice.

I have highly recomennded Therapy notes to so many friends. I am by nature not the most organized paper work person! Therapy notes has helped me significantly with some of the nightmares I create with my disorganization. I am sure I am collecting much more from insurance companies than in the past because of this. The staff at Therapy Notes is very patient and always helpful no matter how confused I get. They also make the process make sense so I understand and don't often need to continue to make similar errors!
