It was great. TherapyNotes is by far the best practice management system I have used. Thanks for all your hard work to provide a truly excellent experience. I have just launched an effort to expand my practice and - before I started using TherapyNotes - I was quite worried about building systems for scheduling, billing,, staying on top of documentation, etc as I grow from one day to several days of clinical work. A month later, I have ZERO stress about those things. I’ve noticed I actually like to do my notes, not only because the note template is so good, but also because I love the feeling when the ‘To Do’ list is clear. For me at least - you’ve somehow managed to game-ify completing documentation. So - way to go.

Therapy Notes is easy to use - contains all the essential ingredients of a therapy practice including scheduling, notes, to-do lists, easy billing entry and reports, et cetera. Love it !

For a solo private practitioner who does all his own billing and scheduling, as well as the notes, TherapyNote has been absolutely incredible! I looked around for a while and did trials of other programs, but nothing has been as efficient and clean as TherapyNote. And the customer service is quick and efficient! They have certainly helped to keep my practice moving forward.

This is by far the best software for mental health clinicians out there. I'm thrilled that they are continually updating and offering new features which makes my life so much easier!

As I prepared to launch my practice, I researched various programs. Therapy Notes stood out to me for ease of use, format, convenience, reliability, pricing and support. I read many reviews and everyone was (is) very happy with the service. I did a trial period and was impressed with how simple and helpful the design is. The whole set up makes the "business/documentation" side of practice very streamlined and efficient. This in turn allows me to spend more time focusing on clinical issues. TN is the best program available and I am so grateful to be using it.

I have been using Therapy Notes for about 6 months now and it has been a great answer to easy record keeping and all-in-one notes and billing software. There are regular updates and they have been responsive when issues have come up. I would recommend this to any single practitioner who has to function without the help of office staff.
