Therapist notes made private practice easy. They do for me what it takes coperations several supporting staff members to complete. They remind customers, set appointments, file claims, tell you why it is rejected, and intervene when problems occur.

I switched to Therapy Notes from a more expensive and complicated practice management software. So far it has been amazing and easy to use. It is extremely intuitive and billing is very easy as well. Excellent.

I really love Therapy Notes. It's so easy to use that someone unfamiliar with computers could get the hang of it. Plus, they are always adding updates. It looks like they are adding a patient portal and won't be charging extra for it.
