If you are a Therapist; you need Therapy Notes. It will save you hours of work and 100s of hours of frustrations. It is the best decision our practice ever made. I started using it as an individual therapist and as the office grew we just all grew with TNotes. I don't know what I would do without it. I have offices in two states and we use it in both offices. Best thing ever!!!! Search no further, you will not regret this decision; worth the financial investment.

I highly recommend TherapyNotes especially as a new private practice. It provides a progress note function that helps me quickly annotate relevant information in an easy to use format. The billing structure and support has greatly increased my consistency with billing and collection of revenue. There are many features I am still learning that have helped me improve my practice and patient care.

I am especially pleased with the thorough attention to proper work flow, helping me to provide proper notes and plans in addition to scheduling and electronic filing. I am pleased that TherapyNotes continues to be under development with improvements and features being added on a regular basis. With the addition of the new patient portal, TherapyNotes provides everything I need to run my practice smoothly and keep tabs on my employees as well. The interface is very user-friendly compared to some other options out there & they're constantly working to improve the experience. They are also timely & responsive to our emails with questions and requests.

I resisted paying $60/month and moreover, had a hard time getting therapy notes to be compatible with my Macbook Air. Apple couldn't help me figure out why the program wouldn't launch. Finally I called therapy notes and they helped me within minutes. Once I jumped in, it was so easy that I will never go back or try anything else. I'm 60 years old and needed a fair amount of help at first from their EDI dept. The customer service is excellent and most importantly, you don't get someone's voicemail. If you have to wait at all, it is less than a minute to talk to a real live person who solves your problem in a minute or two. I was spending 5 hours every other Sunday billing BC/BS electronically w/ their free billing software/clearinghouse , which is a nightmare, and I had to paper bill for Medicare and that was 10x worse. Now I spend my Sundays with family/friends. What a joy. It is worth every penny to use therapy notes.
