I cannot express how much I love therapy notes. I've used a host of other softwares and billing programs and therapy notes stands alone in its ease to use. Extremely user friendly. Also, support is always helpful and accessable for the rare times we've gotten stuck. Easy to check on and keep track of interns notes through this process as well. Therapy notes has made a huge impact in how we do business. Highly recommend!

Learning new technology is NOT my strength and yet EVERY customer service representative has been not only incredibly competent but also very clear in their communication and patient. Their responses are quick and they are easily accessible. I continue to be amazed by the ease of Therapy Notes in general whether doing my clinical notes or learning billing information. Therapy Notes is a wonderful EMR for our small private practice. We have 12 therapists and all have worked with other EMR's in the past. It is SO easy to use and just makes logical sense unlike others we have worked with in the past. The billing software is efficient and also easy to use. With the reports available in Therapy Notes, I can do payroll for all 12 employees within an hour or two. Therapy Notes takes "paperwork" time and cuts it down to literally minutes instead of hours. There have been times when I have had questions or issues with the software and the technical support team are very quick to respond and are competent in addressing the issue. Moving to an EHR was a struggle for our office. The other system was cumbersome and unreliable. TherapyNotes has been beyond fantastic and changed my mind about electronic records. Their reminders are helpful, the interface is simple, and billing is much faster than before. TherapyNotes helped me switch to ICD-10 codes seamlessly. Seriously. Seamless. You can use their format and templates or customize for your intervention list. We now use TherapyNotes for my private practice and non-profit - oh yeah, they offer non-profit pricing and support!
