I have used this method and find it to be excellent and complete for my needs

I needed a better note writing & billing system. I tried a few others but had difficulty with their 30 day trial. When I did the trial of TherapyNotes I was able to figure out a majority of the notes, billing and set up on my own as oppose to other systems where I had to read, reread and call their customer service line/technical support. When I've had to call TherapyNotes customer service line, they're not difficult to reach and are very patient and will get back to me as promised if something is more complicated. I've been very happy. The price is competitive with other programs. It's web based which has made it very easy for me to enter a lot more professional communication and phone calls than when I did hard copy notes or a program that was located on one computer. Billing program is very easy to send and on top of what's billed. I think it's worth a trial run.

Therapy Notes is easy to use, much more intuitive than other programs I have tried. Additionally, their customer support is excellent.

Therapy Notes does a great job managing the back office aspect of my practice (credit card processing, billing, insurance filing, and, of course, therapy notes). The best part has been the reminders to create and update detailed treatment plans and to make sure I have gotten all my initial paper work. Thanks for keeping me on task!
