Great service!

I have used TherapyNotes since I opened my practice in 2015 and have found it to be easy to use, cost effective and most important above all else is the exceptionally good customer support. Since I have begun using this program I have not any contacts with customer support that were anything less than completely satisfactory. I would say perfect, but that would make them robots which I'm sure they are not.

Technology is not my strength, so I admit I was nervous about using an electronic notes system (I previously used paper records). TherapyNotes has been perfect for me. It is user friendly and has staff who are always willing to help. As a counselor, I want to uphold the highest standards of privacy practices as well as be able to focus most of my time on working with clients, and TherapyNotes allows me to do both. They make it easy to uphold privacy practices so that I can focus my time and energy on my clients.

Reliable, comprehensive program for scheduling, clinical records, and billing. Responsive customer service -- not just a machine. Dealt with big corporate virus with every ounce of energy to insure protection of client and practice information. Awful situation could have destroyed many practices and client lives, but Therapynotes staff saved the day and worked tirelessly to get things on track and safeguard from future cyber attacks. Our superheros!

I find this software to be thorough and easy to use. I've always had prompt and helpful feedback when needing tech support as well.
