I have been using TherapyNotes for three years now and customer support has also exceeded my expectations. For a practitioner in a sole proprietary office, I have to juggle many things in addition to my therapeutic hour with clients. Billing, navigating insurance carriers, clinical notes, and everything else make running this small private LLC challenging (to say the least). I wouldn't be without TherapyNotes and the excellent support they provide that make my business a success.

I'm not sure where to begin. Ease of use? Variety of practical, useful features? AMAZING technical support? Clean interface? Easy, fast billing? TherapyNotes has all of that and so much more. The best feature, at least for me, is the ease of creating treatment plans. In just a few minutes time, I have targeted, easy to conceptualize treatment plans for each client. I have used TherapyNotes for over three years and could not imagine using any other application.
