I am a psychologist and have tried a few EMR for my private practice. TherapyNotes is only one that appears to be most consistent with documentation standards of the profession and clearly in-line with HIPAA compliance. They had a significant outage a few months ago, which has never happened since being a customer for one year now. While TherapyNotes could have been more prepared, they took responsibility for their mistakes and regularly kept their users abreast of the situation. Lastly, their support is unparalleled. Other EMRs filter you through their email system and you cannot even talk to a person on the phone. This is not the case with TherapyNotes--they will overextend themselves to help you understand a feature or fix a billing issue you may have caused. Keep up the good work!

Love Therapy Notes. It's a great, comprehensive system for a therapy practice. It makes keeping files and insurance billing super easy and fast. The customer support is also outstanding and I can not say enough good things about how helpful and how accessible they are.

I love therapynotes. It is simple easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a way to keep electronic notes, do billing, and easy scheduling.

Probably the best client Servicing platform available today, using 2017 technology, HIPPA compliance built in, INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE customer servicing, and INSURANCE FILING at the touch of a button. Client email, voicemail, and texting appt reminders far out perform the competition, and I have never had to chase any insurance revenue with THIS program, as it is submitted right the first time every time... I cannot recommend highly enough...

Staff is VERY helpful and provides assistance in a timely manor!!!!! If you are having a difficult time understanding something they take the time to ensure that you are able to follow the instructions. You can either call in or email questions depending on your preference. Also after making a call they often follow up with an email describing the reason for your call AND the steps that were suggested for a resolution. THIS IS AWESOME to utilize as a reference for if you run into the same issue in the future OR even just as another way to process the information that was provided to you. I would recommend this program to any one and have done so several times.

I find TherapyNotes very user-friendly, it's actually the 4th system I've used so I should know...the customer service (support team) is absolutely the best I've ever encountered.

After trying a different billing-software company, I realized how great Therapy Notes really was and continues to be. Their customer service is awesome and it's fabulous knowing you can count on help if you need it. I highly recommend them and I give them five stars all around.
