Therapy Notes has excellent customer service. Whenever I have had a problem with the software, I get a response within the hour via email. In addition, it is never a problem to get a live human on the phone to assist you as well. They will even work remotely to get you back online if you need that service as well. Excellent scheduling, EHR, and billing software - most of my practice needs rolled into one program. Staff is polite, responsive, knowledgable, and supportive. Any minor issues I have had are typically on the user (my end), but the staff has no problem walking you through and resolving any issues. I am very happy with the service and have strongly recommended it to fellow professionals.
