I'm still in the trail period with Therapy Notes but feel compelled to write a very brief review. Along with therapy notes, I was also trying out 2 other electronic records programs; SP and TNest. What I like so far about Therapy notes is every time I have a question that I couldn't figure out after observing the videos Therapy Notes provide, I know I can call their customer service number and speak with a customer service advisor who will walk me through the learning process. Rachel has been my customer service advisor and she has been a pleasure to work with. The Therapy Notes platform is fairly easy to navigate. With the exclusion of secured messaging with clients, it provides all that I'm looking for in a e-records program. I'm very please with my final choice and look forward to transferring my files into e -format. Highly recommend.

I am a clinical psychologist with a full time practice. With the encouragement of my peers I have been transferring my practice over to Therapy Notes over the past several months. This is an excellent program offering a professional and polished product. I do my own billing, scheduling and scribing. I have needed much help navigating the nuances of this program and the support team at therapy notes has been exceptional in responding. They have all been patient, professional, and brilliant with their direction and instruction. Moreover, they are always available to be of assistance. I highly recommend this product.
